The two parts:

There are two ends to the system, the workstation and the management section. At the workstation the valeters have a touch screen unit installed by the bay where the task list is displayed and where they show the progress of the job in hand.

Then there is the management interface, here the site owner/administrator can view live productivity information, create invoices, manage and prioritise the work flow, add or remove jobs or go through the records of work completed over any given period of time. All cleaning history can be displayed by vehicle.

The system is very easy to use and site operators will be given training and support in its best use. This training is also free, so there really is no draw back to using the Assured Management System, just a neater smoother running organisation and more time to concentrate on your core activities!
